IGP Agen prunes for bakeries

At La Compagnie des Pruneaux, the European benchmark for organic prunes, we offer IGP Agen prunes recognized for their exceptional quality. Located in the “IGP Agen” area, we work in our own orchards and in collaboration with our partner producers to guarantee faultless origin and traceability, while meeting the expectations of bakery professionals.
 

From bread to pastries

Do you have an idea (a wholemeal bread with Agen prunes and sunflower seeds, a soft brioche with prunes, rolls with prunes...) ? We certainly have the IGP Agen Prune for you:
 

- Rehydrated prunes with different moisture contents (28%, 35%)

- Pitted prunes for use whole or in pieces

- Organic prunes to meet demand for natural, certified-quality products

- Prunes 28/33: ideal for fine pastry-making

- Prunes 33/44 or 44/55 or 55/66: ideal for bakery applications
 

You don't need whole prunes? We have prune by-products ideal for your preparations
 

- Prune puree: ideal for paste and fillings

- Prune concentrate: a natural ingredient and perfect moisturiser
 

Packaging for craftsmen and industrialists

With minimum orders per pallet (around 700kg for prunes and 800/900kg for purees), our formats can be adapted to your consumption:
 

- 1kg bags of prunes for trials

- 5 or 10kg cartons of prunes for regular use

- 20kg BIBs to 220/230kg aseptic drums for purees

- 1300kg IBCs for concentrates
